Highlight current revision, changeset, branch
Highlight (e.g. in bold) the current loaded revision in an item history, and similarly the current changeset in changesets view and the current branch in branches view.

The current changeset is only highlighted on the Windows client, the macOS client does not highlight the currently active changeset. It would be great if this could be added!

This one is a good one too. Never thought it could help on the csets view... but fine, wouldn't be hard to do!
