Filtering in Branch Explorer
It would be awesome if I could filter the Branch Explorer in the same manner as the Changeset view (simple filter and custom find command). The filtered out changesets will be hidden as they are when using Show only relevant changesets or History of an item as a 2D tree.

Hey! It's NOT done! What you did is to enable hiding branches, which is this suggestion: http://plasticscm.uservoice.com/forums/15467-general/suggestions/3243192-improve-the-conditional-format-rules-hide-show-o
or maybe this partially:

My suggestion is about filtering changesets like in a changeset view. What I mean is that I want to be able to write for example:
find changesets where attribute = 'Review status' and attrvalue = 'Pending' and comment like '%#55934%'
and all changesets in the branch explorer which do not meet this criteria should be hidden as not relevant (the same way as in the View History of an item as a 2D tree). -

There is also a bit similar suggestion here: http://plasticscm.uservoice.com/forums/15467-general/suggestions/3559997-conditional-view-in-branch-explorer
