use the recycle bin whenever you can
On Windows, whenever you can, use the recycle bin.
For example, before you've checked in a file to Plastic, and it's a pending add - if you right click on the file and click delete, it gets removed from the HD.
It would be great if one of the following was done:
- always use the recycle bin for when deleting files from the HD
- have two options "Delete" and "Delete (via Recycle Bin)"

If we get enough interest on the feature, we'll get it implemented.
I must admit I personally hate "recycle bin", I always remove with SHIFT-DELETE on windows and I think I never used the dust bin in 15 years or so. I always thought it was more a secretary thing than something meant to be used by coders but... I might be mistaken ;P
