Give an option for disabling the scroll-wheel zoom feature.

The scroll wheel zooming instead of... SCROLLING in the PlasticSCM UI is really really irritating.

    Hi Matthew,

    When you say "Plastic UI" I think you mean "branch explorer", don't you?

    If so, well, the branch explorer uses the wheel to zoom, and you can click to drag, same thing you'd do with a maps application (google maps?).

    We think this is a much better way to use something like the BrEx than the regular scrolling and zooming, since it is closer to a "map" rendering than anything else.

    Don't you think so?
