Provide a way to submit bugs on the product (aside from the forums)

We use private UserVoices with some customers. In general we optimized the way in which release notes are displayed in Q4 2014, so everything is much clearer now.

I agree with this one. It is very difficult to know if a particular bug belongs to a particular version of Plastic - can't filter out previous versions to the one I've got installed, or see if there are particular issues with the one I do have installed.
