Fix the NPE in the IntelliJ plugin

When you run the plastic wizard inside IntelliJ there is an NPE at the page where you can select your workspace. See also attached file. This should be fixed.

    Hi,
    Kindly could you tell me which version of IntelliJ are you using?
    Also it will be helpful the Plastic SCM version you are running (You can type "cm version" from a command shell to get this info).

    The wizard you are referring to, it's the "Checkout from Version Control" Wizard, right?
