Update SVN Method History to work for VisualStudio 2013
Or - if possible - for all versions later than VS2010. It is a great product that has received too little attention.

Unfortunately we have to discard this one. SVN method hist wasn’t very successful, and since there are almost no users on it… we can’t invest more efforts to update it.

Few users are currently using SVN method hist, I'm afraid :-S. Can you share more about your experience? How long have you been using it? Do you still use it on a daily basis? What are the main things you miss?
