I've integrated Semantic merge in to TFS as described in the guide. The compare works.
But When I "Right Click => Compare" both files are read only.
I would like to be able to modify the files.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    Do you mean you would like to make changes in the context of Semantic diff tool?

    That SemanticMerge diff tool lets you to edit both files, src and dst files, is something we have been already requested.

    We are working on it and it will be released ASAP.

    My concern is that Semantic diff will only able to make changes if the files are writable, not read only.
