Apply bookmarking functionality to Changesets view as well

Extend the Toggle, Goto Next/Prev and Clear Bookmarks functionality from the Branch Explorer to the Changesets view (and possibly the Branches view) as well. The set of bookmarks should be shared between all the views and filtered accordingly...

For this to be really useful we first need to get this other uservoice fixed:

    Sigh. For years now I've complained about the lack of consistency in functionality between the different views in Plastic Client. It's getting better but we're not there yet. And please don't remove useful functionality instead of making it more consistent - the cluttering could be solved by making some "advanced" functions optional.

    Well, fine, I guess I'll have to accept that there will be no bookmarks outside the Branch Explorer, but could you then pretty PLEASE at least fix the persistency of those?! :

    Hi Göran!

    Yes, I understand your request, but we need more interest to go ahead.

    These sort of features, while interesting, seem to be not very appreciated by many, and end up cluttering the UI, which is unfortunate.
