Improve integration with JIRA

Develop a JIRA plugin for Jira, to improve visibility.
Add options to create branches from JIRA and issues from PlasticSCM.
Embed links to open each other Web Portal.

In general, a text box in the Jira issue is not enough. The interaction should be smooth.

    Wow this was suggested over 9 years ago with no movement. Makes you wonder if they even look at these boards or are they just a place for people to vent and forget.

    Agreed.... there also needs to be support for Jira Next-Gen projects in Plastic. Our company currently is only allowing us to use Next-Gen projects. This is really a deal breaker for us moving forward. We will need Jira integration with our version control system. If this can't be worked out we will be forced to look for other solutions than Plastic.
