annotate whitespace and eol options
As far as I can see, the GUI is missing the useful --ignore options from the command line.

In the annotate view, if you click on the “Options” button, you will be able to configure it.

I believe it behaves according to the settings for diff and merge.
However, I agree that a simple switch in an Annotate view (as it is in diffs) would be even better.
