Hi, it would be amazing for a type of "user confidentiality mode" to be possible where enabling it will hide all emails and names of contributors for privacy purposes.

I regularly show off my work and commit history in live streams and it would be helpful if it was possible to hide certain categories such as the "created by" category as I don't want to make my email public when showing, the unity GUI already has this as an option but the standalone client doesn't, to add to this the same would be nice to have if you could also hide the email of users when using file DIFF, I love plastic as my main way of controlling workflow and it is very useful as a way of showing progress on a project. as far as I'm aware this is not possible with both the new and old plastic UI.
