"Create submodule" to repo context menu
I'd like to add submodules to repositories by right clicking on the repo. I would then type the name of the submodule (i.e. <submodule>), only, instead of typing <reponame>/<submodule>. This avoids possible typos when typing <reponame>.

The context menu for repos is not very big yet, and Permissions could be grouped in a submenu to shorten it.

Yes, not a bad point.
I don't specially love it because it means making the menu even bigger, which I don't like but...
