Option to Undo Checkouts for unchanged files
This option should be available in the "Pending Changes" window. This would allow you to remove files from your pending changes list that haven't been modified. This allows you to better see which files you actually modified and is a very "popular" feature of Perforce.

Good news: it is already implemented on 4.0.237.7. The release is ready to be published, so expect it today (24th :P) or early next week.
