Awesome! A new context menu was implemented and many useful options was added. Diffing pictures inside the window is not possible, however it is possible to compare it in external window, which is enough. You've done a good gob!

I mean a context menu of each file in the list of changed items should contain options like Open, Open with..., Open in Windows Explorer, Diff with external tool, View History, Annotate, and so on.
There would be some options inactive for added and deleted files (no Diff, no History and Annotate for added files).
The Diff would be more problematic for folders (you would need to download a whole directory into a temporary location to allow external diff tool to compare it), but it is not necessary to have.

Defining an external tool is not that easy since we do handle both the diffs of files plus the added, deleted, changed and moved files list... how would you handle that on an external tool?

Absolutely! Including image diff is something we DO need!
