'cm checkin' should list files actually checked in
You get some idea of what happened:
'Uploaded 30.92 KB of 77.45 KB (39.92%)'
seems to appear once for each file.
Paths to the files uploaded would be more useful and confirm you have done what you wanted to.

Could you explain how to get this output on the command line? There is no 'verbose' option for the 'checkin' command. I don't really want to run two commands since they are relatively slow: one to find out what will be checked in; and one to actually check them in.

Using the command line you can get the paths of the update files. You can even pipe the info to text file
