Add custom Open with context menu in Diff changeset
The custom Open with context menu (as it is in an Items view now) would be useful in Diff changeset too.

If you mean the open menu with custom tools configured in preferences, that would be useful for us as well. Not only in 'diff changeset', but also in 'diff branch'.
