That's fine, until you checkin and it feels hunky doory. That lock is then removed, and someone else in another branch can just do whatever because that file is not locked anymore. Critical, I would put this down as. Saves a lot of time. Alpha workspaces are nice and all, but genuinely small things like this would be a lot better to sort first. Save Submitting...
