Hide Plastic Office panel
I can close it, but it appears again next time I open a file. This is really enoying, I don't need it for most files. I want to keep it closed by default.

Improve the conditional format rules - Hide/Show objects
Support the ability to use the attributes for hiding/showing selective branches/objects (not only color them).
Like: show all BUG branches, or Show only Release branches.... etc.At some point, the Branch Explorer becomes too loaded with information and it is hard to manage.
Marking colors is not enough, hiding or showing only selective ones per a rule will increase clarity.24 votesCheck the blog and the new branch explorer rules http://codicesoftware.blogspot.com/2014/02/new-release-plastic-scm-5044534-is-out.html

Option to change parent – child arrows direction
The direction of arrows from child to parent is confusing a bit for us. I suggest you add an option to turn the direction of these arrows optionally.
(Add the option to branchexplorer.cfg, similar to display.options.dag_mergelinks=true)http://www.plasticscm.net/index.php?/topic/1140-parent-%E2%80%93-child-arrows-direction/

A new configuration option has been added to display the changeset
display.options.show_parent_to_child_arrows=true
arrows in the Branch Explorer from parent to children (instead of the
opposite, which is the default behaviour). In order to use it the user
must add the following line in the branchexplorer.cfg file: -
add capability to use regular expressions in the ignore.conf files
it would be nice to be able to specify patterns to include/exclude in the ignore.conf file using regular expressions.

Add ability to color changesets by User
I know it's possible to have changesets colored by replication source as part of a DrBrEx, but would it be possible to add a Display Option to color changesets by User? It seems like it might be easy to add another filter for this.
I did try the "Conditional Format" options, but this seems like it might be for branches only.

Add an option to create a Workspace from the Repositories list
We have a lot of repositories and I find myself often trying to create a new Workspace from the Repositories list.

Create a native OSX Client
Currently the OSX client uses X11, is quirky, and sometimes crashes. Maybe we could use a native version of the OSX client!

Address the issue with slow "pending check-ins" in Visual Studio in a large workspace
The issue is described in http://www.plasticscm.net/index.php?/topic/1083-performance-of-pending-changes-in-a-very-large-workspace
"Show private items" option slows down the "pending check-ins" too much. In Visual Studio, it should be very easy to show besides the check-out items, to check if there are new items in the solution, and only display those, instead of analyzing all private items in the workspace. This probably should speed up things a lot.
Alternatively make the "pending check-ins" windows non-modal, as described http://plasticscm.uservoice.com/forums/15467-general/suggestions/2675742-vs2010-plugin-add-ability-to-click-on-item-in-pen

Support partial Xlinks
Right now it's only possible to include a whole repository via Xlinks. It would be nice if additionally a path could be specified. This would make it much easier to work with different versions, because only the path to the version and not a changeset needs to be entered..

We finally implemented Readonly Partial Xlink support in BL746 https://www.plasticscm.com/download/releasenotes/5.4.16.746

Add SSL wildcard certificate support
While Plastic SCM does allow CA wildcard SSL certificates to be used, and all communication is secure, when first launching the application a dialog pops up with the following :-
WARNING: the hostname provided in the server certificate doesn't match the server's hostname. This means that the certificate was not issued to this hostname or that there is a network configuration problem with this host.
- Certificate hostname: CN=*.domain.com
- Server hostname: CN=host.domain.com
If you want to continue connecting to this host, choose 'Yes'. The certificate validation will continue (not recommended).
If you want to abandon the connection, choose 'No' (recommended).

close merge tab after processing the merge
After doing a merge in the GUI, the tab that was opened to handle the merge is left open, but empty. After doing 3 or 4 merges, you often have a bunch of empty and useless tabs left open on the UI.
If the tab could automatically close after the merge has been successfully processed, it would make the GUI a lot cleaner.

Display a "brief" task description under the branch name in branch explorer
While naming branches after task #id numbers is a very effective organizational scheme, when quickly visually browsing in branch explorer it would be helpful to see more information about the branch. The comments field is a great place to describe the branch in more detail, but viewing the comments requires clicking on each branch of interest. Instead, it would be fantastic if the first sentence of the branch comment could be displayed under the branch name in the branch explorer diagram view. This short description of the branch could be extracted from the comment field using the same popular "autobrief"…

a way to get partial directory tree of a chageset/label/branch
I'm dealing with a repositories for multi-platform code. There is a lot of files, and most of them are unnecessary for developers of one or another platform, but still they have to be maintained/versioned together for coherency. So, I would like to have a way for the developers to get the right version, but only part of the directory tree (one or many specific directories) to avoid big update times and wasted disk space.

to implement "annotate" command on a file, even not in the workspace
Using the client GUI, I can browse items in a changset (that I did not switch to; not in my workspace), but I would like to annotate a file in this view as well.
Currently, I'm forced to switch to this changset and then run annotate.7 votesAvailable since 4.1.10.366

Configurable ICONS
Currently, the blue icon is hard to see, red one is ok. green one is ok. but the problem is decerning the blue in the middst of all the other ones. either have choice of large or small icons or allow us to change to one with more pronounced color.
